Charter Raritan Bay & Sandy Hook Bay Fluke 8/13

8/13 WOA fishing club was aboard for a day of sweating and a little fishing. Good short action all day with a keeper mixed in here and there. We now know that there is some truth the the old verbiage, even a blind squirrel will find a nut or two. WAA win the pool.

Charter Raritan Bay & Sandy Hook Bay Fluke 8/12

B & W Construction was aboard for a Company trip with family and friends. Unfortunately the fishing was on the very slow side. Shorts provided some action with a few keepers mixed in. It was a hot one today, even on the water.

Open Boat Fluke Raritan and Sandy Hook Bays 8/10

Wednesdays' morning open boat was slow. We had decent conditions for the early part of the day, but the flukes just wouldn't indulge on the hooks presented to them. Roy won the pool with a 4.2lber.

Magic Hour Fishing Raritan and Sandy Hook Bay Fluke 8/10

Magic Hours 8/10, The south west wind offered some relief from the humidity and combined with the outgoing outside a great drift, however the flukes were not interested. It was a very slow night with a dozen or so shorts boated. Sailing tonight 5pm.
